The Assan Brake Gyro Controller is designed for planes equipped with tricycle landing gear and electromagnetic brakes . The gyro stabilizes the steering and modulates both left and right brake controls digitally so that the plane would track straight during taxi, take off or landing. The anti-lock and slip control prevents uneven braking and keeps plane straight. The Gyro control also prevent cartwheeling at excessive banking angle of the plane by reducing steering input automatically. These actions reduces wear on landing gear components and Tyres. No more flat spots on Tyres, bent struts or cracked gear plates due to excessive braking and lateral loads. A must have for any jets with electric brake system. Easy to set up and operate. Just hook it up to steering servos and two main gear brakes.
The Assan AG61 is designed for RC Airplane with front steering wheel. The gyroscope controls the steering angle of the steering wheel, corrects the airplane off tracking tendency, and accurately responds to the direction of the rocker steering action to improve the airplane problem - easy to turn over when cornering under the high speed.
Using the intelligent adaptation algorithm,when installing , needs direction automatic adaptation for only one time, no need to adjust during the use. Can be widely used in various types of aircraft that require longer distances to take off and land,such as EDF and JET power system RC airplanes.
The AG61 rectifying gyro supports a six-direction installation that allows the bottom surface of the gyro to be installed parallel to the bottom plane of the model airplane (gyro label face up or down), it is also possible to have any one of the four arrows on the gyro label mounted perpendicular to the bottom plane of the model airplane. Use a double-sided adhesive to secure the gyro onto the model plane. And gyros should not be installed very close to the motor or engine.
After the installation of the AG61 rectifying gyro connection, power on the model airplane, put down landing gear. The gyro blue LED flashes quick, indicating that the gyro is being initialized. At this time, do not move the model airplane, do not move the transmitter slick ether. After the gyro initialization is complete, the blue LED is on or short flash. When the blue LED is on, move transmitter rudder slick to check whether the front steering wheel is moving in the right direction. That is, when the rudder stick is moved to the left, the front steering wheel should rotate to the left. If not, reverse the rudder channel on the transmitter. Note that if the blue LED flash short after the gyro is initialized, and the steering wheel does not rotate when the transmitter rudder slick is moved, it means that the gyro thinks that the landing gear has been retracted. This requires the gyro to perform the auto config function once (See the next section), so that the gyro correctly recognizes the gear signal and then sets the direction of the steering wheel.
The new installation connection completes or adjusts the installation direction, and adjusts the direction of the rudder channel or the direction of the gear channel, all of which must have the AG61 rectifying gyro perform an auto config function, in order to make the gyro run correctly.
Power on the model airplane, put down landing gear, and keep the model airplane horizontal. Then within one minute after the initialization of the AG61 rectifying gyro is completed, the rudder stick is quickly move to the left end and right end, 5 or more times each (10 or more times in total), and finally, the rudder stick stops at the left end. Hold still, the gyro blue LED flash, indicating the gyro starting auto config. Note that the auto config function will be disable after one minute the gyro is initialized!
If the auto config does not start after the correct operation according to the above method, please temporarily increase the transmitter rudder channel's ATV to 100%, and then auto config again. After the auto config is completed, restore the original setting of the transmitter rudder channel's ATV.
After the gyro blue LED flash 3-5 seconds, the auto config is completed, the gyro can be used normally. If the gyro blue LED always flash and the auto config cannot be completed, please check if the model airplane is horizontally placed, or if the gyro is correctly installed according to the installation direction described in the previous installation section.

The model airplane is tilted or flip over 40°, or the landing gear is retracted. The gyro rectifying function disabled.
The gyro is auto config the mounting direction, rudder signal direction, the gear signal direction.
When power on initialization, if the blue LED is always flash quick and the initialization cannot be completed, please check whether the model airplane was vibrate, whether the transmitter is on, whether the transmitter rudder stick is in the neutral position, and whether the receiver signal good, whether the gyro turning signal plug is properly connected to the receiver.
When you tilt or flip the model airplane over 40°, the AG61 rectifying gyro will disable the rectifying function after two seconds, so that you can observe and trim the front steering wheel.
When you retract the landing gear, the AG61 rectifying gyro will immediately disable the rectifying function; when you put down the landing gear, the AG61 rectifying gyro will delay 5 seconds and enable rectifying function.

INSTALLATION:
Familiarise yourself with all parts as shown in the first picture below
Install your engine to the firewall, assuring to use extra long bolts on one side, as they will hold the mounting bracket. Attach the mounting bracket and secure in place.
Attach the two starter supports (tubes) to the mounting bracket, make sure to secure in place with Loctite.
Slide the motor mounting bracket over the engine, and secure to the two supports (tubes) installed in the previous step, again using Loctite.
Clamp the motor mounting bracket to the engine using the integrated nut and bolt
Slide the main gear over the prop hub
Slide on the prop, and secure using the provided dual locking accessories, in the order shown in the pictures below
Setup of the starter motor in the radio requires end points to be increased to +-120%

The AG68 module integrates a taxiing and braking correction gyroscope, an electromagnetic brake controller and an electric landing gear controller ( Just for 2 wire electric retract landing gear ), which are applied to a fixed-wing model aircraft with the steering nose wheel.
The AG68 module can correct the deflective trend of model aircraft taxiing on the ground and respond accurately to the rudder stick.
The AG68 module can control the force of the electromagnetic brake to keep the model aircraft taxiing on the right way.

The most important highlight of the AG68 module is that it uses intelligent adaptive algorithm, which eliminates the tedious operation such as setting sensor direction and adjusting sensitivity of traditional model gyroscope products. It only needs to automatic direction adaptation once during installation, and there is no need to adjust when using, so that its installation and use is very simple and convenient.

The AG68 module has outstanding effects on taxiing correction and brake correction, and can be widely used in all kinds of model aircraft requiring long distance taxiing take-off and landing, such as scale model aircraft using Electric Ducted Fan and JET power.
1. Four Model Types are supported: Single Aileron, Dual Ailerons (Flaperons), Delta-Wing and V-Tail.
2. Three Flight Modes are supported:
a. Standard/Rate Mode: Gyro will make the corrections for stabilization.
b. Hold Mode: Gyro will be standing by for calibration.
c. Gyro ‘Off’ Mode: Gyro is disengaged and total control is given to the transmitter.
3. Two kinds of Gain Control Methods are supported: ‘Master Gain’ for the radio and ‘Independent Axis Gain’ from the Variable resistor on the NX3 board.
4. Using the gyro’s superior algorithm, the gain control options can be configured to a comfortable or more sensitive sense of control depending on your preference.

The Assan Brake Gyro Controller is designed for planes equipped with tricycle landing gear and electromagnetic brakes . The gyro stabilizes the steering and modulates both left and right brake controls digitally so that the plane would track straight during taxi, take off or landing. The anti-lock and slip control prevents uneven braking and keeps plane straight. The Gyro control also prevent cartwheeling at excessive banking angle of the plane by reducing steering input automatically. These actions reduces wear on landing gear components and Tyres. No more flat spots on Tyres, bent struts or cracked gear plates due to excessive braking and lateral loads. A must have for any jets with electric brake system. Easy to set up and operate. Just hook it up to steering servos and two main gear brakes.
The Assan AG61 is designed for RC Airplane with front steering wheel. The gyroscope controls the steering angle of the steering wheel, corrects the airplane off tracking tendency, and accurately responds to the direction of the rocker steering action to improve the airplane problem - easy to turn over when cornering under the high speed.
Using the intelligent adaptation algorithm,when installing , needs direction automatic adaptation for only one time, no need to adjust during the use. Can be widely used in various types of aircraft that require longer distances to take off and land,such as EDF and JET power system RC airplanes.
The AG61 rectifying gyro supports a six-direction installation that allows the bottom surface of the gyro to be installed parallel to the bottom plane of the model airplane (gyro label face up or down), it is also possible to have any one of the four arrows on the gyro label mounted perpendicular to the bottom plane of the model airplane. Use a double-sided adhesive to secure the gyro onto the model plane. And gyros should not be installed very close to the motor or engine.
After the installation of the AG61 rectifying gyro connection, power on the model airplane, put down landing gear. The gyro blue LED flashes quick, indicating that the gyro is being initialized. At this time, do not move the model airplane, do not move the transmitter slick ether. After the gyro initialization is complete, the blue LED is on or short flash. When the blue LED is on, move transmitter rudder slick to check whether the front steering wheel is moving in the right direction. That is, when the rudder stick is moved to the left, the front steering wheel should rotate to the left. If not, reverse the rudder channel on the transmitter. Note that if the blue LED flash short after the gyro is initialized, and the steering wheel does not rotate when the transmitter rudder slick is moved, it means that the gyro thinks that the landing gear has been retracted. This requires the gyro to perform the auto config function once (See the next section), so that the gyro correctly recognizes the gear signal and then sets the direction of the steering wheel.
The new installation connection completes or adjusts the installation direction, and adjusts the direction of the rudder channel or the direction of the gear channel, all of which must have the AG61 rectifying gyro perform an auto config function, in order to make the gyro run correctly.
Power on the model airplane, put down landing gear, and keep the model airplane horizontal. Then within one minute after the initialization of the AG61 rectifying gyro is completed, the rudder stick is quickly move to the left end and right end, 5 or more times each (10 or more times in total), and finally, the rudder stick stops at the left end. Hold still, the gyro blue LED flash, indicating the gyro starting auto config. Note that the auto config function will be disable after one minute the gyro is initialized!
If the auto config does not start after the correct operation according to the above method, please temporarily increase the transmitter rudder channel's ATV to 100%, and then auto config again. After the auto config is completed, restore the original setting of the transmitter rudder channel's ATV.
After the gyro blue LED flash 3-5 seconds, the auto config is completed, the gyro can be used normally. If the gyro blue LED always flash and the auto config cannot be completed, please check if the model airplane is horizontally placed, or if the gyro is correctly installed according to the installation direction described in the previous installation section.

The model airplane is tilted or flip over 40°, or the landing gear is retracted. The gyro rectifying function disabled.

When power on initialization, if the blue LED is always flash quick and the initialization cannot be completed, please check whether the model airplane was vibrate, whether the transmitter is on, whether the transmitter rudder stick is in the neutral position, and whether the receiver signal good, whether the gyro turning signal plug is properly connected to the receiver.
When you tilt or flip the model airplane over 40°, the AG61 rectifying gyro will disable the rectifying function after two seconds, so that you can observe and trim the front steering wheel.
When you retract the landing gear, the AG61 rectifying gyro will immediately disable the rectifying function; when you put down the landing gear, the AG61 rectifying gyro will delay 5 seconds and enable rectifying function.

INSTALLATION:
Familiarise yourself with all parts as shown in the first picture below
Install your engine to the firewall, assuring to use extra long bolts on one side, as they will hold the mounting bracket. Attach the mounting bracket and secure in place.
Attach the two starter supports (tubes) to the mounting bracket, make sure to secure in place with Loctite.
Slide the motor mounting bracket over the engine, and secure to the two supports (tubes) installed in the previous step, again using Loctite.
Clamp the motor mounting bracket to the engine using the integrated nut and bolt
Slide the main gear over the prop hub
Slide on the prop, and secure using the provided dual locking accessories, in the order shown in the pictures below

The R6 can be used as a Primary receiver in a redundant solution by wiring the SBUS In port and connecting to any other FrSky receiver equipped with an SBUS Out port. With the FBUS protocol, the Archer Plus series receivers can open up the possibility of seamlessly pairing with multiple telemetry devices (XACT servos, ADV Sensors, etc.) as well as simplifying the builds setup.

The Tandem (TD) dual-band receivers are unlike any other FrSky 2.4Ghz or 900Mhz receivers, they work simultaneously at both 900Mhz and 2.4Ghz frequencies. That means TD receivers provide not only low latency signal and long-range control but also benefit from the enhanced level of high reliability and anti-interference performance.
The TD SR12 receiver is equipped with a triple antenna (2×2.4G & 1×900M) design that provides multi-directional wide coverage for the remote signal and is designed for RC users who want to benefit from resilience and long-range in their radio communications.
TD SR12 also provides a socket that can be used to connect the NFC Switch panel to enable the built-in Power Switch function. Dual-power provides a safe and efficient way to power the system with your power sources connected via a pair of standard XT30 connections. The dual-power consumption system is designed to operate in balance mode, where it consumes the power line from either power source depending on which has the higher voltage. With a built-in black box module, the data (Power & Signal related) under unusual status during the flight can be recorded by TD receivers.
The configurable 12-channel ports are a big feature of TD SR12, each channel port can be assigned as PWM, SBUS, FBUS, or S.Port. With the FBUS protocol, the Tandem series receivers can open up the possibility of seamlessly pairing with multiple telemetry devices (Neuron ESC, Advance Sensors, etc.) as well as simplifying the builds setup.
ADV Stabilizer
The TD SR12 offers an ADV Stabilizer function which is an upgrade over the original classical gyroscope stabilization modes. The ADV Stabilizer offers an advanced mode that provides more programmable stabilized channels and flexibility.
The classical stabilization mode has been enhanced with 5 additional stabilization channels, providing pin mapping to each channel in the multiple flight modes like Stabilization, Auto-Level, Hover, and Knife-Edge with an airplane model.
In the advanced stabilization mode, all the output pins are configurable for stabilization and additional advanced features such as Stab file sharing, programmable parameters, developer access, etc.
The advanced stabilizer feature incorporates high-precision telemetry sensors to monitor altitude, vertical speed, etc. This ADV feature is an additional benefit compared to using a regular S series stabilization receiver.
