RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide you with great care and service.

Photo(s) may be requested for returned item(s)/part(s). If requested, the photo(s) requirements are 72 or higher resolution, in BMP, GIF, JPEG, or PDF format, and must be less than 5 megabytes.

Request(s) for return(s)/exchange(s) and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) MUST be received within 7 days from the day of receipt of merchandise(s). If your request is reported after 7 Business Days, Banana Hobby reserves the right exercise its discretion in regards to your request(s).

Item(s)/part(s) wishing to be returned must be in new condition with all manual(s), accessories, and all other item(s)/part(s) in its original packaging and fully intact. A return of any kind will not be granted once the item has been assembled or modified in any way. All returning merchandise must be received and inspected by our certified technicians before we will be able to process and/or ship out any replacement(s) or process refund(s) if such is warranted.

Banana Hobby cannot be held responsible for any lost shipment of returned merchandise(s) during the shipping process. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to send the return merchandise(s) back to our office(s). For returned merchandise(s) that is found to be genuinely defective (manufacturers’ defect), we will ship out replacement(s) and/or part(s) free of charge and waive any additional shipping and handling fees for the replacement(s).

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds will not be allowed or granted if the item(s)/part(s) has been used, flown, or otherwise operated. Banana Hobby would like all customers to understand that RC aircraft can endure a crash if a mistake was made and/or if you do not have the proper training on how to fly/operate these products. Any kind of crash(es) and/or hard landing(s) may cause damage(s) to the aircraft.
Please note that Banana Hobby WILL NOT be held responsible for the difficulty level of a product exceeding the operating skill level and/or competence of the pilot as well as the weather condition(s) that the pilots have chosen to fly in.

If you believe that there is a defect with the merchandise(s), or with any parts used in it, Banana Hobby would require for you to send in the item for inspection with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, if possible, to be tested by our technicians. This is to determine if the issue(s) is in fact due to a defect with the merchandise(s). Please note that Banana Hobby will not be able to reimburse any cost(s) associated with the return of the item(s)/part(s).

Banana Hobby reserves the right to return merchandise back to the customer, refuse returns, deny refund(s), and/or replacement(s) if in the opinion of our certified technicians that the returned item is deemed used, crashed, abused, mishandled, modified, and/or has been damaged by dust, dirt, water, sand, and/or other contaminants. We also reserve the right to refuse any box that is delivered to us that does not have a valid Banana Hobby issued RMA number written clearly on the outside shipping box. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Finally, customers must agree to the following terms and conditions, upon returning the merchandise(s) back to us:

1. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Banana Hobby will not be able to reimburse any cost(s) associated with the return of the item(s).
2. We recommend that you use a tracking number so that you may keep it for reference.
3. We are not responsible for any damaged/lost package(s).
4. We do not reimburse return shipping cost(s) and/or refund shipping costs.
5. The merchandise(s) must be in a brand new and unused condition as well as it being in its original packaging if returning for refund of item(s)/part(s).
6. The customer must fill out a return authorization form that we send to you via email, and it MUST be included inside the returning package(s).
7. Item(s) shipped to us must be well packed and padded in a strong/sturdy box to prevent internal damage(s). If your package arrives to us damaged, we will compare it with the digital photo(s) that you have submitted for the RMA for reference.
8. Returned item(s) requires 10 to 15 business days to process. This process starts the business day after the package(s) is delivered at our facilities. We ask that you please be patient with us during this processing time and our Returns Department will be in touch once the returning processing your returned item(s)/part(s) is finalized.

Please note that all items being returned may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee if any the following applies:

  • Merchandise(s) returned due to a change of mind.
  • Merchandise(s) returned due to packaging not intact/not in original packaging.
  • Merchandise(s) returned not as described but unused.
  • Please note that all items being returned may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee if any the following applies:

  • Merchandise(s) returned not as described but used.
  • Merchandise(s) returned with signs/indications of it being assembled and dissembled.
  • Merchandise(s) returned back to us damaged due to improper packaging.
  • Merchandise(s) returned using manufacturer’s box as a shipping container.
  • Merchandise(s) returned due to user error/negligence/lack of knowledge.

The terms and conditions listed in the Warranty and Disclaimer as well as the Returns section will be applied to all sales made from Banana Hobby via email(s), telephone, fax(es), and/or post(s). We urge our customers to read all of the terms and conditions before placing their order with Banana Hobby. If for any reason you do not agree with any of our terms and conditions, please do not place your order.
