Do you know what VTOL means? Aside from vertical takeoff and landing, it means taking off and landing can be done in a multitude of different terrains. No runway necessary. This model was in the making for about 3 years, with countless hours of development and testing. There were a lot of hurdles in the way, but it’s finally here. A market-first, and ground-breaking scale V-22 Osprey with full VTOL and forward flight capabilities. This beauty is built with a high-precision stabilization board, quality electronics, and of course, EPO foam. With its 3-point propulsion system, it manages to fly with unrivaled stability. Plus, the transition to forward flight seamlessly blends with the overall flying experience, making it easier on the pilot. Currently there’s nothing like it in the scale and performance department, making this a one of a kind model. Did we mention, no runway necessary? Take it for a spin today!
Flying Skill Level: Great for beginner to intermediate and skilled pilots of all ages. Extended Flight simulator practice and experienced pilot supervision recommended.
Build Level: Minimal airplane assembly required. Less than 1 hour to begin flying (excluding battery charging time). Please dry fit and test all electronics before gluing components and assembly.
Maintenance Level: After every 10 flights and before and after storing airplane, please check all control surface horns and tighten the screws on surface horns if needed. Check the control pushrod clevises to insure no cracks are visible and no clevis is loose. Make sure transmitter batteries are always fresh and or in new condition.

This packaging option indicates what comes included and does not mean a completely assembled item. Most onboard electronic components are pre-assembled out of the box though some assembly is still required. This packaging option does not include the radio system, battery or charger, unless noted otherwise.
What's the difference between RTF, ARF, and KIT?
The main difference is what is included in the package. Since there are no set parameters for packaging options in this hobby, different manufacturers may vary their definitions of what is included.
KIT indicates that all the foam pieces along with the crucial components of aesthetic appearance are included in the package. Some on-board electronics may be included with a KIT such as the electric retracts and will be noted on the specifications of the model. Note that this packaging option is recommended for advanced individuals with knowledge in customizing their onboard electronic components or for those not intending to fly this model.
ARF indicates that all the foam pieces along with the crucial components of aesthetic appearance and electronic components are included with the exception of the battery, balance charger, and radio system (transmitter and receiver). Most on-board electronics are pre-installed by the manufacturer. Note that this packaging option is recommended for those who already own a radio system, battery and balance charger.
RTF includes all the foam pieces along with the crucial components of aesthetic appearance, electronic components, battery, balance charger and radio system unless noted otherwise. Most on-board electronics are pre-installed by the manufacturer. Note that this packaging option is recommended for beginners or first-time pilots. Be aware of balance charger accessories that are not included (wall adapters usually sold separately). Advanced models with the RTF option may or may not come with a battery or charger. Please read the ‘Package Includes’ area carefully under the item’s for clarification of what is included with the package.
